David Yacoub, President & Chief Executive Officer, founded Site Link Wireless, LLC, in 2002. Mr. Yacoub has been in the wireless industry for over 7 years and has experience working directly for such major carriers as Nextel Communications and Sprint Corporation. Mr. Yacoub has been primarily responsible for the inception and continuous growth of the company during the last 4 years. Site Link is now a multi-million dollar company with high credibility nods from many of the industry's top executives. Mr. Yacoub earned a Bachelor of Science from Goucher College and completed a graduate certificate at Johns Hopkins University. |

W. Marshall Knight II, Esq.
Marshall Knight, Vice President & General Counsel, assumed his current position with Site Link in 2005. Mr. Knight has over 6 years of experience in the wireless industry. He has managed several projects with several of the largest wireless carriers including, Sprint, Nextel, AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile. Prior to joining Site Link in 2004, Mr. Knight was an associate with the law firm of Stephen E. Garner, P.C. Mr. Knight holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College and earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Knight holds licenses to practice law in the states of Maryland and Texas. |

Farouk F. Yacoub
Farouk Yacoub, Chairman of the Board, has a degree in architectural engineering from Cairo University. Mr. Yacoub was the founding member of Nile Delta Engineering, Inc. During the past 40 years, he has managed numerous multi-million dollar construction build-outs in the Baltimore-Washington metroplex. Mr. Yacoub has been in the wireless industry for the over 6 years and joined the Site Link family in 2002 as its Chairman. |

Albert A. Faragalla, CPA, MBA
Albert Faragalla, MBA CPA. MBA ('88), BS Accounting ('84). Mr. Faragalla serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Site Link Wireless, LLC. He has over 22 years of accounting, tax, and financial planning experience. Mr. Faragalla held positions as Controller, CFO, and VP of finance for a variety of companies, with revenues ranging from $2-280 million. He is the founder of Faragalla & Associates, an accounting firm with a client base of over 300 clients. The firm's clientele includes a diversified mix of industries including large satellite companies, government contractors, and medical practices. |

H. Les Jackson
Les Jackson, VP Business Development/Project Director South Region, began work in the wireless industry in 1998 with a diverse management background in sales and manufacturing. In 8 years, he has gained direct experience in all phases of site development in 23 states in the eastern United States, including all major wireless carriers and numerous affiliates. Mr. Jackson comes to Site Link from his previous position as Regional Program Manager in the Northeast Region. With experience in some of the most challenging markets in the country, Mr. Jackson applies creativity, common sense, professionalism, and results-oriented determination to achieving customer objectives in site development. Mr. Jackson attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe and has completed formal Project Management training through Villanova University and George Washington University in pursuit of PMP certification. |

Delisa N. Coleman, Esq.
Delisa Coleman, Director of Human Resources, joined the Site Link family in 2005. She is a licensed attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Coleman received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Johns Hopkins University and her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to joining Site Link, Ms. Coleman was a litigation attorney for the law firm of John M. Dahut & Associates. |

Jeremy A. Talman
Jeremy Talman, Project Director, joined Site Link Wireless, LLC, in January 2006 as a property and zoning specialist. He is now serving as the Project Director for the Baltimore-Washington and Southern Virginia Sprint Nextel modifications project. Mr. Talman has more than 8 years of commercial real estate experience and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland. Mr. Talman graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. |

Tracey Q. Ford, Esq.
Tracey Ford, Project Director, has more than 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry working on projects for XM Satellite Radio, AT&T Wireless, SBA Network Services and Nextel Communications of the Mid-Atlantic in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Her experience includes working on new development and modifications projects in the areas of site acquisition, zoning, and project management. She is currently serving as the Project Director for the Philadelphia Market. Ms. Ford is a graduate of Emory University and the University of Baltimore, School of Law. Ms. Ford is licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania. | |
